When can I expect my order to ship?

Order placed by noon will be scheduled for shipment the following business day, weather permitting.

Can I update or change my order/shipments?

You may update your order at any point before carrier tracking is received. Once carrier tracking is received, we can work with the carrier to make any available changes in-transit.

Do you monitor weather?

Yes, we closely monitor weather. If your wine will be traveling in temperatures outside of 30°F- 78°F you will receive a notification of weather hold. We have many options for releasing your order safely, including temperature controlled shipping solutions.
