Wine Club FAQs

When will my club order be billed?

You will be billed for your first shipment immediately upon placing your wine club order. Wine club orders ship in February, June and October, so depending on when you place your wine club order, you might be billed in advance of your first order shipping.

All subsequent shipments will be billed within two week of shipment.

When does my club discount take effect?

Upon signing up for our wine club, you will be emailed a unique discount code that can be used for all future orders.

What is your cancellation policy? Can I skip a shipment?

You may cancel your membership at any time. You may request to skip up to 2 shipments per year before forfeiting your membership.
